Powertouch Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Powertouch
Customers Fault Description : Intermittent power up and sometimes freezing and not 100% on all the buttons are working as was told when we brought the caravan that it worked one way but not the other and then they couldn’t get it working at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motormover controller arrived safely from Kingswinford and on testing was found not to respond to its twin power button press.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
