Customers Fault Description : TH27-2039-009 + relay control box

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Rise & Fall chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and worn button contacts.

Replacement conductive pads were glued into place and then a straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
