Customers Fault Description : Battery spring connector

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Ceiling fan remote control arrived safely from New Elgin and on inspection was confirmed to have badly corroded battery terminals.

The bad terminals were replaced and then the others re-plated.  Full functionality was restored.
