Customer's Fault Description
The red light on the front of the remote control lights up when you press them but they are not operating the fan or light. We have tried changing the batteries but this has not worked either.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ceiling fan remote control arrived safely from Romford and on testing was foudn not to transmit a signal on any button press.
This was due to a small crack in the print around the IR LED. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
