Bottom left button (recliner) intermittent and i have to press very very hard to intiate.And the rubber zeal is loose.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair remote arrived safely from Coventry and on inspection was partially dissasembled (the silicone edging was detached)

On opening the button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
