Customers Fault Description : Not sure what's wrong with the control just put a new battery in but it just didn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote Control for an Electric Bed arrived safely from Bournemouth and on testing many buttons were non responsive.
This was due to badly worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
