Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working and when battery installed lights keep flashing. Also some buttons do not spring back when pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celsi remote arrived safely from Gloucester and on testing the button response was poor and some would be sticky.
On opening the issue was found to be due to contamination over the button array and PCB. The pads and PCB were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
