Doesnt work or sync with the shower pump
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Northampton and on inspection the screws for the battery cover were missing, these cant be replaced and don't effect functionality.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, the terminals were a little loose making power intermittent but this was rectified by bending the end plates in slightly, this isn't a chargeable repair.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver, the customer is to try to pair the remote again with the receiver using fully charged batteries.
