Customer's Fault Description
Touch screen does not appear to be working properly
ie no response when I tap screen
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Window remote control arrived safely and on inspection seemed to be "fingerprint like markings" on the screen which cant be removed.
On testing the touchscreen was found to be working but have quite a few dead spots.
It is thought that the "markings" are from some contaminated finger pressing that has introduced a chemical which has damaged the touchscreen membrane.
Unfortunately the touchscreen / displays are not available as spares which has sadly made a repair not possible.
