Customer's Fault Description
First green button not working to open electric garage door. All other 3 buttons working as red LED light flashes.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric garage door remote fob arrived safely from Manchester and on testing weas confirmed to have a non responsive top button.
This was due to contaminanted button contacts. The contacts were etched clean using a fibre pen which restored full functionality.
2 CR2016 batteries were supplied on return as the supplied CR2032 battery is incorrect and will effect the range and functionality of the remote, these remotes need 2 batteries positioned on top of each other.
