Purpleline Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Purpleline
Customers Fault Description : Device will not switch on. App Also top left button does not work. Appears to be a connection issue as this has been an intermittent problem that has got worse over time
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Ego remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond to its double power button press.
When peeling back the facia there was a mass of contamination over many of the button contacts.
The PCB was cleared of all contaminates which restored full functionality to all buttons.
