Customer's Fault Description
One of the thin wires came off. To thin to solder then the other one came off. Light switches on and off but not fan speeds.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This ceiling fan remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have non functioning buttons on the bottom row.
On opening the battery wiring was reworked prior to arrival with us and unfortunately was soldered to an incorrect part of the print. The wiring and print was reworked which restored full functionality.
