Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dometic remote arrived safely from MIDHURST and on testing was confirmed to be dead due to the batteries being inserted incorrectly.

Please see the images for the correct orientation (the first image is the customers orentation, the second image is the correct orientation).

Once the batteries were inserted correctly full funtionality was restored.  The terminal were cleaned up due to being slightly rusty but we are not charging for a repair.
