Customer's Fault Description
The battery ran down, I replaced the handset battery and it hasn’t worked since, if I press the left hand stop button then the green light does come on but not for any of the other buttons
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Robokaddy remote control handset arrived safely form Kent and on testing was foudn ot have various non functioning buttons, this was due to corrosion spots in the facia from moisture contamination.

The facia was peeled back and reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
