Customers Fault Description : LED SCREEN DAMAGED AND NOT SHOWING FUNCTIONS. CONTROL HANDSET BUTTONS WORKING. SCREEN SHOWS BLACK MARK

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely from Bangor and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged LCD. 

A Donor screen was located and fitted which restored full funcitonality.
