Customer's Fault Description
Showing low battery symbol even with new battery. Will not activate the fire. Suspect faulty voltage regulator having spoken to Martin 19.6.23
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This gas fire remote arrived safely from Hinckley and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator, this was due to a faulty regulator.

The regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
