Remote not functioning, appears to be something loose inside
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Denon remote control arrived safely form Essex and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the battery terminals had signs of a battery leak. The terminal was replaced but the item remained dead.
There was a small crack in the print, once reworked full functionality was restored.
This remote was returned UGTEE with a fault description of the tape functions not working. Unfortunately this was not the case, all buttons were tested as working and the code being transmitted is confirmed as correct (please see the testing video below showing each button code confirmed as a correct Denon codeset). This means that the issue is not with the remote itself.
The item was retuned to the customer 27 Jul 2023
