Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived  safely from Hampshire and on inspection there was damage at the remote entry point ot the outer sheath of the cable.

The cable was tested as ok internally and the buttons also checked as ok.  After talking to the customer it was decided to repair the damaged part of the cable by cutting it back and refitting to bypass the damage.
