Customer's Fault Description
Footrest button almost non-functional, & rise button temperamental. Outer cover of the cable into the remote detached but inner wires ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Rise/recliner chair remote control arrived safely from Potterhanworth and on inspection was foudn to have a damaged cable and worn button contacts.
A straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
