Customer's Fault Description
Reverse micro switch and next button (anti-clockwise) failure owing to battery leakage. I tried disassembly and cleaning yet there are microscopic cracks in the PCB and those are beyond my ability to repair
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Quattro remote control arrived safely from Old Alresford and on testing was found to have 2 non functioning directional buttons.
This was due to corrosion spots in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
