Display screen faulty and touch buttons inconsistent. Remote was dropped downstairs
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This thermostat remote control arrived safely from Prenton and on testing was found to have impacted battery terminals which was making the remote dead.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality (see image). Please note that the batteries are a very tight fit, this is how this remote was created, which makes inserting batteries awkward.
The screen does have some discoloration (see image), this does not effect functionality or readability.
