Grohe Shower 45 441 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Start button does not work and Pause button is unreliable.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Shower remote control arrived safely from Penzance and on testing the power button was found to have poor response.
The button pad was peeled back (same with the pause button) and even though the contacts seemed clean they were wiped using Alcohol to remote any contamination.
When re-testing the button seemed a lot more responsive.
We have limited testing ability on this remote due to not having a receiver to test with, therefore the customer is to test the remote fully on return.
