RK move control Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It was working on our last trip. When we came home this time, the LED does not light up and it does not operate the move unit anymore. I have tried changing the battery but that didnt work.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Pontypridd and on testing was found not to respond to its double power button press.

This was due to contamination on the button array connector, the connecor was cleaned and cut back by 1mm to bypass any "pits".  Full functionality was restored.
