This Truma G02 remote control arrived safely and on inspection the edges of the remote were badly scuffed due to an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.  On of the battery terminal pairs were also missing.

The remote was dead even after the terminals were replaced.  The controller was opened and the PCB was found to be missing one of its mounting pins, the board was glued into place which then restored full functionality.
