Customer's Fault Description
There is a loose connection where one of the 9v battery terminals has more or less loosened from its mounting. If I hold the remote in a tightish grip to get a connection, it does work, but that's a bit inconvenient at times! I assume that this is fixable ?
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Royal Caravan remote control arrived safely from Cockburnspath and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a damaged battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
