Customer's Fault Description
Fails to switch on when slider switch is operated New batteries installed. No green light and no sound. Worked fine parking caravan, controller then stored for 6 days, and dead thereafter.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Truma caravan moto mover remote control arrived safely form Cheshire and on testing was found not to power on.

This was due to a broken shaft on the switch. The switch was replaced which restored full functionality.
