TRUMA Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : TRUMA

Customers Fault Description : Fails to switch on when slider switch is operated New batteries installed. No green light and no sound. Worked fine parking caravan, controller then stored for 6 days, and dead thereafter.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Truma caravan moto mover remote control arrived safely form Cheshire and on testing was found not to power on.

This was due to a broken shaft on the switch. The switch was replaced which restored full functionality.
