Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not sync to the control unit. Tested a replica controller, which did sync.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor mover remote control arrived safely from Inverness and on testing was found to power up and transmit on each button press as per normal operation.
The remote was tested at random over a 2 day period with no issues being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and it is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself as the signal from this handset is strong and consistent.
The customer is to re-test the remote with the receiver and try to pair it again, but please do remember to replace the Varta batteries included with decent quality batteries such as Duracell to eliminate the possibility of a low power battery which is common with cheap batteries and RF signal equipment.
