Customer's Fault Description
Remote fails to turn on. Has only been used twice - approx 1 year ago - when it was brand new and there were no issues then. Now it just won’t work. New batteries have been tried!!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Motor mover controller arrived safely from Burton on Trent and on testing was confirmed to not respond to its double power button press.

This was found to be due to impacted battery terminals.   The terminals were reworked which restored full functionality and now powers on at each double power button press.
