Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons work, we tried to change the battery - they are brand new but none of the buttons work. It was left unused for very long
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Range Hood and lamp remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was dead.
The customers batteries were removed and it was foudn that the baby safety stickers had not been removed (see image). Once these stickers were removed and the batteries re-inserted the remote sprang to life as per normal funcitonality.
This item has been classed as no fault found and only the return postage charge is required.
