Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesn't go off once battery connected. It then doesn't connect to the Mover to move the wheels. Contacted powrtouch they say it sounds like a membrane issue due to it faulting when in use at home. When moving it out the driveway it started to move on its own. I switched it off at main key for it to not reconnect to movers.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to power on without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamination within the button facia. The facia was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
