Customer's Fault Description
The reversing button does not work. Haven’t used it for a while as this button was broke. So don’t think anything else was wrong with it. The reversing button is key for us in order to use it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Quattro remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning reverse button.
This was due to corrosion spots in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
