WE HAVE A BED TV WHICH WE BOUGHT FROM BENSON @ BEDS THE REMOTE CONTOL WILL NOT WORK WHEN WE ARE PRESSING THE BUTTONS TO SLIDE AND POP UP THE TV FROM ITS INCLOSURE CABINET BUILT IN THE BED FRAME

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This TV lift remote arrived safely from Leeds and on inspection the screw to the battery cover was missing and the charge port was found to have broken away from the PCB and was loose inside the remote.
The charge port was refitted, please note that this will be fragile and care must be taken when plugging in the charge cable as parts of the print that hold the port in place were missing.
When rechargeable batteries were then fitted and charged up the remote was found to function as normal. A strong RF signal is present and each button responds as normal
Please note that this item required rechargeable batteries to be inserted and not normal batteries as it will not work properly with non rechargeable batteries!
