Customer's Fault Description
Remote only works when it's connected by wire to motor mover box inside the caravan.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting an RF signal on each button press as per normal operation.
The control was tested at random intervals over a 2 day period but the signal was present each time.
As this remote is transmitting it has been classed as no fault found.
The customer is to try to "pair" the remote with the receiver ensuring to use a brand new quality battery to eliminate the possibility of it being a weak signal.
