Customer's Fault Description
Remote control green lights flashing when switching remote on and motor mover moving caravan without buttons being pressed. Had to remove battery from remote to stop caravan moving
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Alva and on testing was foudn to transmit without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamaination within the button facia, this was cleaned up which restoed full functionaltiy.
The battery cable was also replaced as the original was damaged.
