Customer's Fault Description
Stopped working after 12 years. Have put new batteries in but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Window skylight opener arrived safely form Cornwall and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened it was found that the batteries had been inserted incorrectly (see first battery image), once the batteries were re-inserted correctly (see second battery image) the remote sprang to life on all buttons.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the only charge is the return postage.
