Customer's Fault Description
Works once or twice after new battery but then nothing. No light comes on. Only top button seems to work for opening and closing but only just moved in so don't know if this is normal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door opener arrived safely from Yaxley and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation.
The Control was opened to check for defects but not fault could be replicated. The remote was then tested over a 3 day period with no issues being found.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of the customers battery being at fault. This item has been classed as no fault found.
