Customer's Fault Description
When remote switched on continuously ’bleeps’ & will not pair with ‘remote box’.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote control arrived safely from Sudbury and on inspection was found to "rattle" when shook meaning the mounting pons for the PCB are broken (this will eventually cause an issue as it will allow the PCB to move around which will stop the power button from working.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. As the remote is transmitting this has been classed as no fault found as it may be the receiver that is at fault.
The customer requested that the "rattle" be rectified which was done, the mounting pin for the PCB was broken, The PCB was hot glued into place.
