Customers Fault Description : Doesn't Work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This DVD/ VCR remote control arrived safely from Waterlooville and on testing was found to have the majority of its buttons being non functioning.

On opening there was a mass of liquid contamination over most of the PCB / button array.

The remote was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality to all buttons.
