Customer's Fault Description
Our Bose RC-X35L doesn’t light up or indicate that its power is on, several sets of batteries have been tried. There is no response from the Lifestyle Sound unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bose Lifestyle Sound System remote control arrived safely from Lichfield and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a 1R SMD cracking and going open circuit.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
