Customer's Fault Description
Bottom left button which reclines chair does not work, difficult to say which others may be affected as this is the main purpose of remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This H.S.L. Recliner Chair remote control arrived safely from Peterborough and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts. Also the cable was damaged at the remote entry point.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
The cable was then cut back and refitted to bypass the break.
