Dropped it….. then stopped working. Batteries checked to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Built in Electric Fire Valor remote control arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery terminals was missaligned meaning it would not make contact with the batteries effectively making the remote dead.

The terminals were reworked which then restored full functionality.
