Customer's Fault Description
The increase speed button (+) does not work. It has gradually deteriorated until it now does not work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote control unit arrived safely from Canterbury and on testing the + button was confirmed to be non responsive.
This was due to corrosion in the print (see image). The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
