Remote control is totally dead and not turning on at all even after replacing the batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Window remote control arrived safely from Edinburgh and on testing was found to be powering up and transmitting as per normal (see image).
The remote was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The customer is to test the remote on return with brand new shop bought quality batteries in case of a power issue from batteries.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
