Customers Fault Description : wont work at all. not operating off the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This heki 4 roof light remote control arrived safely from Louth and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation, the code being sent was confirmed to be correct compared to our stock database code entry.
It is possible that the remote requires pairing with the window again, failing that it could be a fault with the window receiver itself.
