Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Swansea and on inspection the cable was damaged.
When opening the controller the solder points of nthe PCB for the cable were badly damaged due to someone worknig on the item prior to arrival with us. Numerous wires had become detached.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
