Customer's Fault Description
The remote was working but the coiled cable is disintegrating and needs replacing and checked that it will work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sherborne remote control arrived safely from Buckinghamshire and on inspection was found to have a massively damaged cable.
The plug was a non standard plug and after talking to the customer it was decided to cut the original plug to be connected to a new cable, a replacement straight cable was fitted.
