Customer's Fault Description
Remote control has been intermittent but now not working wires are showing on handset .probably come loose inside.also could you check connection on plug side of junction box as this seems loose too

This Adjustamatic chair with ruse and fall and vibration remte controller arrived safely from Oldham and on inspectio nthe cable was damaged at the remote entry point, this was cut back and refitted to the PCB.
The fault was caused by liquid contamination over parts of the button array internally, the PCB and button contacts were cleared of all contaminants.
