Customer's Fault Description
HSL NEEDS A NEW LEAD AND PLEASE CHECK BUTTONS AS NOT SURE WHICH ONES WORK OR DONT WORK. UNKNOWN HANDSET AGAIN BUTTONS NOT WORKING AND NEEDS A NEW LEAD.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two remotes arrived safely from Surrey and on inspection both had damage to the cables.

The HSL remote had a straight cable fitted and the button contacts glued into place because of worn contacts.

The other remote had the cable cut back and refitted to bypass the break and also the 2 mechanical switches replaced as they were open circuit.
