Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not pairing with the control box inside the van. It bleeps but doesn’t connect to the box. I’ve tried everything the internet has to offer and also had a caravan engineer take a look. Everything seems to point at the remote control. Please help Obi wan you’re my only hope!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan twin axle mover remote control arrived safely from Narborough and on testing was found to power up but no RF signal was present.
On opening the solder points on the RF module were suspect. All points were re-flowed which when retested was found to have restored the RF signal as per normal operation.
