Customer's Fault Description
Was working, some buttons needed to be pressed hard now no response, fitted new batteries but does not switch on at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond to its power button press.
This was due to corrosion within the print. The print was reworked and the button array cleaned which then restored full functionality to all buttons.
